For 14 years, I ran a studio in Central Florida with all the bells and whistles—the same sets and setups as every other photographer in town.
But I grew tired of blending in. I closed my studio and took a two-year break. During that time, I started a journey to rediscover what truly inspires me—and I found exactly what I was looking for within the dozens of film cameras I’d collected throughout the years.
I decided to return on a limited basis, but I promised myself one thing: if I was going to step back into boudoir, the photos had to reflect what I love most about photography—and that love has always been film.
So, I ditched digital, the filters, the over-editing. No more staged sets. No more plastic perfection.
Now, I shoot boudoir the way it was always meant to be—on 35mm film. Film is raw. Film is timeless. Film doesn’t erase your edges, your curves, your soul — it embraces them.
Every frame is intentional, imperfectly perfect, and 100% real. This experience isn’t about filters—it’s about freedom.
My name is Mya. I began my journey as a boudoir photographer back in 2011—long before it became a trend. Over the past 14+ years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of photographing women from ages 21 to 77, many of whom return year after year to celebrate new chapters of their lives and rediscover their beauty through every season.
My mission has always been to empower women—to help them see and embrace their unique beauty, sensuality, and strength. I believe in breaking down outdated stereotypes and celebrating beauty in all its forms—because true beauty isn’t limited by age, shape, color, or size.
A session with me is more than just a photoshoot—it’s a journey of self-love and transformation. It’s about feeling seen, valued, and radiant, just as you are.

I want to share something with you—I'm not in my 20s or 30s. My body has borne the beautiful gift of three children, and I'm well acquainted with the changes that life brings. But here's the thing I've learned over the years: the best time to celebrate who I am is right now. I've spent too much of my life waiting for the perfect moment or hoping for something different. WHERE WILL THE SESSION BE HELD?
Your session will take place in a natural light photography studio located in a commercial building in the Clermont area.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN WARDROBE?
Yes, you do—and I’ll help guide you every step of the way. Bringing your own wardrobe ensures that everything fits you well and reflects your personal style. Whether it’s delicate lingerie, a cozy sweater, a favorite T-shirt, or something bold and edgy, what you wear should make you feel confident, sexy, and completely yourself.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear whatever makes you feel amazing! Personally, I love a simple tank top over lingerie—it’s just as sexy! You'll receive a list of wardrobe suggestions in your prep email after booking, but ultimately, anything goes.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH COUPLES?
Not at this time.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH NUDES?
I do not offer fully nude photography. However, I do offer implied nude sessions. This style gives the impression of nudity while keeping you partially covered—using items like sheets, robes, or strategic posing—to maintain a tasteful and elegant aesthetic.
ARE HAIR AND MAKEUP INCLUDED?

WHAT'S THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR PHOTOS?
You will receive your proof gallery approximately three weeks after you shoot. Once you've selected your photos, we'll send you a scanned digital image of your chosen photos about two weeks later. Finally, albums take an additional two to three weeks after the digital images are delivered. If you have a deadline, please schedule your session at least two months prior and a little bit longer if there are Holidays in between.
HOW DO YOU EDIT THE PHOTOS?
I edit photos primarily for color, contrast, and composition. When possible, I’ll reduce or remove small imperfections such as bruises, small scars, and add subtle contouring around the arms, legs, stomach, and torso to enhance the image for a more polished look. My goal is always to create portraits that reflect your authentic self, so I will never alter your body size, overall shape, or facial features.
For film photography, the editing process is naturally different than digital. Because of the unique texture and grain of film, skin already appears softer and more forgiving, which minimizes imperfections on its own. This texture also makes heavy retouching or filters unnecessary—and in most cases, not possible—ensuring that your images stay true to the timeless look of film.
DO YOU TAKE PHOTOS IN COLOR OR JUST BLACK AND WHITE?
Depending on the photo collection you choose, you may choose black and white film, color, or both - but to answer your question, I do shoot color film if that is what you prefer.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO POSE. CAN YOU HELP ME?
Absolutely! Don't worry about posing—I've got you covered! I’ll guide you through every step, from facial expressions to body positioning, ensuring you look stunning in every shot.
DO YOU HAVE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
Yes, all clients must be 21 or older. I do make exceptions for brides, as long as they are 18 or older.
WILL YOU SHARE MY PHOTOS?
Your privacy is my top priority. I never share your photos without your explicit written consent. The women featured on my website gave me written permission to showcase their images, but the majority of my clients prefer to keep their photos private, and I fully respect that choice.
